External Advisory Board
The External Advisory Board (EAB) is committee with an advisory function to INVENT's Council and Board of Directors. the structure of invent that consists of of key stakeholders representing stakeholder and funding partners. The EAB provides non-binding recommendations to the INVENT Board of Directors.
Its mandate of the EAB, which will complement that of the Council, is to:
- Provide advice on the Network’s overall strategic plan and objectives
- Provide advice on the Network’s specific scientific direction
- Provide advice on Network operations and management to ensure that appropriate policy and financial decisions are made and implemented
- Provide advice/assistance in managing Network growth
- Provide advice/assistance in promoting INVENT
