Dear Members & Colleagues,

The INVENT Network is please to announce the launch of the Fall 2020 INVENT Kickstarter Awards - intended to help Principal Investigators of INVENT Endorsed Studies initiate new international study sites in INVENT Network Member countries.

Network Council approved establishing this competition with the support of partnership funding in order to help facilitate international collaboration in clinical VTE research by enabling start-up activities that are not covered by primary funding.

What's new? Council recently approved increasing the awards from $15,000 to $20,000.

Application Deadline: October 9, 2020.
Award Funds:  Award funding will be sent directly to the collaborating (lead) investigator at the new participating international site, to be applied towards their start-up costs.
Award Selection: Applications will be reviewed by peer reviewers with no direct conflicts of interest.
